Chapter one
Our first crossing carried yerba mate to the Baltics, South America's ritual of energy and connection. We served just under 100 customers, and we packed and shipped every order by hand. It was a small project, but it held the whole spirit of Baltic Mercosur: take something real from one world to another, and do it well.
